One important thing to note: we can’t accept returns on knives that have custom engraving. Once a blade is personalized with your initials or message, it’s yours.
That said, if there's ever an issue with the craftsmanship or the steel itself—even on a personalized knife—we’ll make it right. Our warranty covers all Damascus steel blades against any defects.

It is advisable to wash it with hands using warm water and a little mild soap, then dry it quickly. Refrain from using a dishwasher, as it is too harsh and could damage both the engraving and the steel. Every so often, rub on a bit of food-safe mineral oil to protect the blade and keep everything looking its best.
Can you engrave anything I want?
Almost! We can do text, symbols, and simple line art really well. Just keep in mind that super detailed images (like photos or very tiny designs) might not turn out clearly, especially on smaller knives. Also, we place your design in a way that works with the natural Damascus pattern—not against it—for the best look.
How long does engraving take?
For most text-only engravings, we’re done in about 2–3 business days after you approve the design. If you’ve got a more detailed custom request, it might take 5–7 days.
