Shipping Policy

At Wild Wood Blades, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Shipping and delivery dates are estimated based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will be shown on the shipping quotes page when you select a shipping provider.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all Continental U.S. orders over $50. We will choose the most economical shipping method based on your location. Most orders will arrive within 3–5 days. If you need your order sooner, you can select one of our expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping: Please note that weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) are not included in shipping time and are not considered when using UPS Next Day or Second Day Air delivery options. Expedited shipping options do not reduce our 1-2 day processing time, though we do everything we can to process and ship your orders quickly. Express shipping does not expedite order processing.

  • Shipping Exceptions: Express shipping (2-Day or Overnight) applies only to the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and does not include handling time.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was shipped to you in error. If this happens, please contact our Customer Support team for instructions on how to return the incorrect item.

Backorders

While we aim to ship all orders promptly and complete, there are rare instances where an item may be backordered. If this happens, we’ll contact you as soon as possible with a notification or an offer of a comparable substitute product. Shipping and delivery times mentioned refer to business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Free Shipping Terms

We offer Free Shipping on all Continental U.S. orders over $50. Our team will choose the most economical method for shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please note, 2-Day or Overnight Shipping is not available for orders with free shipping.

Warranty Information

Wild Wood Blades offers a limited lifetime warranty on all of our Damascus steel knives. We stand behind the quality of our products and will take care of you. For more information on our warranty, click here.

Returns Policy

If you would like to return an item, please first contact our customer service team for approval. Returns must be authorized by one of our specialists before being sent back. To get your return approved, please contact us at support@wildwoodblades.com.
